What is the NordicTrack Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?
If you purchase any machine from NordicTrack.co.uk between the dates of 1st November 2024 and 9th December 2024 and the same product is subsequently listed at a lower price on NordicTrack.co.uk at anytime from the date of purchase until 11:59pm on Thursday 9th December 2024, you may be eligible for a refund equal to the difference between your purchase price and the lowest marked price.

What products are eligible for the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?
All machines purchased on NordicTrack.co.uk between the dates of November 1st, 2024 and December 9th, 2024 are eligible for inclusion in the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee. iFIT memberships and accessories are excluded from the Price Match Guarantee.

Are NordicTrack products offered through other retailers, whether online or in store, eligible for the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?
No. Only products purchased on NordicTrack.co.uk are eligible.

If other retailers, whether online or in store, offer the same product I purchased at NordicTrack.com at a lower price, can I receive a refund for the price difference in accordance with the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?
No. Only products and prices listed on NordicTrack.co.uk can be used as reference for the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee.

How can I receive my eligible refund?
In order to receive the refund, you must contact NordicTrack via Email. Please use the contact form here and select the "Black Friday Price Guarantee" topic.

How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Refunds will be processed no later than December 31st 2024 if purchased using a Debit Card, or Credit Card. If you financed your purchase using V12 Finance or Klarna, the balance will be adjusted and the monthly payments reduced.

How will my refund be received?
Credit and debit card purchases will be reimbursed on the card used at time of purchase. If you financed your purchase through V12 finance or Klarna, refunds will be credited to the outstanding balance which may result in a reduced monthly payment.
