The entire NordicTrack & ProForm range benefits from the manufacturing know-how of the worlds largest home fitness equipment manufacturer, IFIT Health & Fitness. All warranty services for NordicTrack & ProForm products are provided by the IFIT Health & Fitness customer care team.
All NordicTrack & ProForm products carry a standard one year manufacturer's warranty that covers the frame, motor, parts and labour. To ensure your peace of mind, NordicTrack & ProForm offers a free warranty extension if you register your details within 28 days of purchase. You may register your warranty by completing and returning the included warranty card to :

NordicTrack Warranty upgrades are product specific and include:
- Treadmill - Lifetime frame, 10 year drive motor (parts only), 2 years parts and labour warranty
- Elliptical/Bike - 5 Year frame, 2 years parts and labour warranty
- Strength - 2 Year parts and labour warranty
ProForm Warranty upgrades are product specific and include:
- Treadmill - 2 Year parts and labour, 5 year drive motor(parts only), Lifetime frame guarantee
- Ellipticals, Bikes & Strength - 2 Years parts, labour and frame guarantee.
NordicTrack & ProForm products are warrantied for use within a private, domestic, non-fee paying environment. Warranties are non-transferable and are only valid for the original owner of the equipment.
Any NordicTrack & ProForm products located outside of mainland UK and Ireland will only be covered by a parts supply only warranty.
Be aware NordicTrack & ProForm does not cover warranty for any non-home use (including but not limited to use in commercial, professional, rental or institutional settings).

Prior to contacting our team, please ensure you have the full model number and serial number of your product available, along with the user manual for your product. This will allow your call to be handled swiftly and efficiently. The technical advisors will help identify the issue and advise on the best course of action to resolve any difficulty.
NordicTrack & ProForm Care Plans (Temporarily Unavailable)
Your product purchase includes a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty as standard. If you registered your product within 28 days of purchase, then the manufacturer’s Warranty will have been extended free of charge to 24 months.
You may purchase an extension of the coverage offered to commence once the manufacturer’s warranty expires (prices include all applicable taxes). This is available during checkout when purchasing a NordicTrack & ProForm product.
Your product will be serviced by Manufacturer certified technicians using genuine NordicTrack & ProForm parts.
The following additional coverage options are available against mechanical and electrical breakdowns:
- 3 Year Extended Warranty – This option provides warranty cover for an additional three years from the date the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Coverage applies to parts, frame, and in-home labor and excludes cover for Accidental damage and for any purpose other than personal use.
If registered within 28 days following your purchase: 2 years + 3 years
If not registered within 28 days following your purchase: 1 year + 3 years - 3 Year Maintenance Service Plan – This option provides warranty cover for an additional three years from the date the manufacturer’s warranty expires with the additional benefit of one maintenance service during the term of the agreement. Coverage applies to parts, frame, and in-home labor and excludes cover for Accidental damage and for any purpose other than personal use.

If not registered within 28 days following your purchase: 1 year + 3 years
